Northcott was a UX design elective project where I redesigned their donation experience to feel clearer, more transparent, and a bit more human. I focused on simplifying the flow, improving how impact is communicated, and adding small moments of personality so the platform felt warm rather than transactional. The goal was to make giving easier, more honest, and maybe even a little enjoyable. The project culminated in a full website experience, along with creative ad concepts for social channels to support the campaign.
